I am a degree qualified counsellor experienced in working with difficulties including: stress, anxiety, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, depression, and lack of direction in life. I provide a confidential and supportive space, where you can talk about what’s worrying you at your own pace. At the moment I offer online and telephone sessions. My fees are £50 for a one hour session.
